Liposomal Vitamin C & Zinc by Igennus contains 1,000 mg of liposomal vitamin C and 15 mg of zinc bisglycinate in an optimal ratio with selenium and copper.

  • With a natural citrus-vanilla flavour
  • Flexible dose for adults and children 5 years and older
  • Good tasting smoothie texture
  • Can be added to drinks or yoghurt and also be eaten with a spoon

Recommended use:

  • Adults and children over 14 years old: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) daily
  • Children from 9 to 13 years old: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily
  • Children from 5 to 8 years old: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily

Notes:

  • Shake the bottle well before use.
  • Do not take Liposomal Vitamin C & Zinc on an empty stomach, take it with a meal.
  • Mix in water, milk or yoghurt or take directly from a spoon.
  • People who are sensitive to vitamin C can split the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute it with liquid.
  • Do not take without consulting a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
