What is olive leaf concentrate?

Olive Leaf Concentrate is made from the evergreen leaves of the olive tree (Olea Europaea) from the family Oleaceae (Oleaceae). The leaves are harvested from an orchard at a Benedictine monastery. Olive trees flourish in the Mediterranean climate according to strict organic principles.
The olive leaves are harvested by hand. In a complex process, the valuable plant material is extracted and refined without added artificial preservatives for the olive leaf concentrate. This gives it its characteristic intense, bitter taste.
The bitter flavour is a special part of the quality and character of the high concentration of herbal bitters in the olive leaf concentrate.
The bitter oleuropein and phenolic compounds include organic acids and other flavonoids (olivine, rutin, hesperetin, quercetin).

Recommended Use

Take 10 to 20 drops undiluted between meals daily. Let sit briefly in your mouth before swallowing.
