Description
Feeling heavy, lethargic or unmotivated is not unusual during dull, grey weather. In Ayurveda, this state is frequently attributed to an increased Kapha dosha, which can settle over the mind like a dense fog. This formulation utilises the fiery properties of Trikatu, a traditional blend of ginger and pepper, to help kindle Agni. Supplemented with Tulsi, Ashwagandha, and nutmeg, the mixture is designed to support Vata and Pitta.
Recommended use: 1 tablet twice daily with warm water, either on an empty stomach or 1 hour after a meal.
