Description
In Ayurveda, special focus is placed on the lower abdomen, as a harmonious flow of bodily fluids is deemed essential for vitality. When the fiery Pitta dosha becomes dominant, this may be experienced as a sensation of heat or energy stagnation in the lower abdomen. This traditional formula combines Pedalium murex with Himalayan rhubarb (Rheum emodi) to help balance the system from an Ayurvedic perspective. The blend is complemented by the naturally sweet notes of liquorice, traditionally associated with a cooling quality.
Recommended intake: Take 2–4 tablets in the morning and evening, half an hour before a meal, with warm milk and sugar.
