Nature's Plus-egg yolk lecithin has been made to meet customer demands. Only lecithin from eggs of the highest quality is used for the manufacture of this product.

Lecithins are phospholipids or fat-like substances that are composed of fatty acids, glycerol, phosphoric acid and other components such as choline or amino acids.
