Description
The Nopal cactus, much better known as the prickly pear, originally comes from Mexico. It grows up to 7 metres tall in the wild and reaches an incredible age of up to 50 years old. It can also be bred in greenhouses, which is great because its natural properties are so valuable. It contains pretty much every popular ingredient you can imagine like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, silicon, aluminium, amino acids, vitamins A, B 1, B 2, B 3, and C, resins, tannins and carotenes.
Recommended use:
- Take 3 x 2 capsules daily before meals with plenty of liquid.
