Description

Powerbar's Black Line Creatine Monohydrate contains 100% high-quality Creapure® creatine and is produced in Germany. Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in the body and is essential for the transport and storage of energy in all cells. It is therefore particularly suitable for high-speed strength training involving short and intense sessions.

Preparation:
For 1 serving, mix 3.4 g ( 1 measuring scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice.
Measuring scoop enclosed.

Recommended intake:
1 serving per day. Take 3 g creatine per day after training or on non-training days in the morning.
For adults only during intense physical activity.
