Recommended use

  • Take 2 x 1 capsule per day with meals.

Important notes:

  • The daily dose of 800 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
  • Do not take if you consume other green tea products on the same day.
  • Do not use while pregnant or nursing.
  • Not suitable for children under 18 years old.
