The organic Coprinus mushrooms tend to dissolve as they age, leaving an ink-like substance behind. The medicinal mushroom grows in meadows, fields and on pathways in Europe.

• The Coprinus mushroom is one of the few mushrooms that contains vitamin C.
• The body of the mushroom contains 22-38% raw protein. In this protein, 20 free amino acids have been detected, including all eight essential amino acids, which the body cannot produce itself.
• It also contains potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, calcium, manganese, zinc, copper, vitamin C, niacin (B3), riboflavin (B2) and thiamine (B1).
• These organic vital mushrooms are processed in Germany without artificial additives and are also examined for traces of heavy metals and pesticides.
• The gentle drying and processing at a very low temperature ensures that you get very good quality.
