This Protein Mix is made using local ingredients and is seasoned with Aronia and strawberry powder. Made without whey or sweeteners, this fruit powder helps quench your cravings for sweets. The superfine powder dissolves very well in yoghurts and cereals. Furthermore, the finely ground powder can also replace 10-20% of conventional flour in baked goods and gives your food new flavours.

Serving tips:

Combine 300 ml of water or milk (alternatively, soy or oat milk can be used) with 30g of the Fruit Mix in a blender. Mix until dissolved and serve with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
