Sensilab ALL IN A DAY Vitamin D3 2000 IU

The two most common forms of vitamin D are vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and D2 (ergocalciferol). For the "ALL IN A DAY Vitamin D3", Sensilab chose to use cholecalciferol, which is mainly found in fish, meat and fat, but also synthesised on our skin when it comes into contact with sunlight. Vitamin D3 is easier for the body to absorb and is more stable than vitamin D2.

Recommended use:

• Take 1 capsule daily with 200 ml of water after a meal.
