SOJALL Organic Fermento, 500 ml

SOJALL® Fermento is a combination of organic herbs, vegetables and fruits, including aronia berries, pomegranate, elderberries and red grapes, in a handy glass bottle. The fermented drink contains live lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid and vitamin C. It is lactose-free and alcohol-free, with no preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

SOJALL® Fermento can be combined with all SOJALL® organic foods.

How it is made:

SOJALL® Fermento is made using the SOJALL® FERMENTA FOOD process of lactic acid fermentation at temperatures below 40°C. During fermentation, lactic acid bacteria convert fruit sugars into lactic acid. The drink is not pasteurised.

Suggested intake:
Adults
Drink 30–60 ml daily, diluted with water.

Children aged 1 year and over
Drink 15–30 ml daily, diluted with water.

Tip: Try using SOJALL Fermento diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 to soak your muesli.
