Description

Psyllium husks are often used as vegetable-based swelling agents. Solaray's psyllium husks come in premium quality and have an enormously high percentage of fibre.

Recommended use:

  • Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water (at least 250 ml), if necessary up to 3 capsules can be taken per day.

Note:

  • Do not use for gastric or duodenal ulcers or general gastrointestinal complaints.
