Description
This delicate, fine green tea is not only a wonderful morning drink but also an ideal accompaniment to food. The finest Chinese green tea has a champagne-colored, slightly greenish color in the cup. The taste of the tea is initially floral, grassy, and aromatic but then develops a slight sweetness that blends into a mildly bitter finish.
