Description
This exquisite Demeter herbal tea blend is like a sunrise in a mug! Fragrant herbs like peppermint, spearmint, lemon balm and thyme are just right for a morning infusion.
Preparation:
- For 1 litre of tea, crush approx. 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture between your fingertips. Pour boiling water over the tea and infuse for 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired flavour intensity.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
