Recommended use:

• Drink up to 3 servings daily, preferably at breakfast, as a snack, before a workout, immediately after a workout or before going to sleep.
• Add 100 g (3 heaped scoops) to a blender (or shaker) or mixer filled with 600 ml milk (or 500 ml of water).
• Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
