Description
Perfect for quick meals and for a variety of recipes, bulgur is a fantastic ingredient to have on hand in the pantry. This pre-cooked bulgur or cracked durum wheat needs to be cooked for only 10 minutes. Its nutty aroma is ideal as a side with vegetables and chicken. It is also delicious in salads, casseroles, soups and Oriental dishes.
Preparation recommendation:
Bring 150 g of bulgur to a boil in twice the amount of salted water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
