Description
These Tortelloni made with spelt semolina are filled with a creamy ricotta and spinach filling. They taste delicious with creamy sauces or oil-based pesto and garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Alnatura's organic tortellini are slightly larger than regular tortellini and are seasoned with a hint of basil and garlic.
Cooking time:
Add to boiling salted water (2 teaspoons per 3 litres of water) and cook at a simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
