The Focus AromaStick contains a fragrance mix of essential organic peppermint, rosemary and cinnamon bark oil that encourages concentration.

Recommended use:

  • Twist open, hold under your nose, alternately hold one nostril closed and inhale deeply through the other. Repeat as desired.

Durability:

  • An AromaStick lasts up to 6 months after opening
