Description
This meditation bench made of solid beech wood can be adjusted for height and supports a weight of up to 125 kg. It is ideally suited for the knee/heel sitting position while meditating. The seat, which is inclined slightly forwards, automatically tilts the pelvis a little forwards. This enables the back to stay in an upright posture while seated. The bench comes with a seat pad. The top of the pad is made of 100% virgin wool and the backing is made of natural-coloured latex.
