Description
This high-quality oil combines two important vitamins. Just 1 drop a day provides 25 µg of vitamin D (obtained from lichen). These drops are therefore ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that is a high-quality co-factor for vitamin D3, among other things.
Coconut oil serves as the main carrier oil.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 drop undiluted daily with either breakfast or lunch.
