Recommended use:

Take 1 pipette full 3 times a day (0.5 ml).
Dose per day: 1.5 ml (3 dropperfuls)

Recommended cycles:

1st cycle (one month) in September
2nd cycle (one month) in November
3rd cycle (one month) in January
