Description
With its sweet, sour and exotic taste, pineapple goes wonderfully with a variety of sweet and creamy dishes, as well as with spicy dishes that are classics in Asian or Indian cuisine.
The light yellow exotic fruit is harvested when ripe in Burkina Faso and is then gently dried. This gentle preservation process preseves its wonderful flavours.
