Description

The versatility of bulgur in the kitchen makes it a very popular staple to have on hand. The durum wheat speciality that is extremely popular in Middle Eastern cuisine is quick to prepare, absorbs flavours very well and can be used both in salads and as a side dish.

Preparation:

  • Wash the bulgur and bring to the boil with twice the amount of water.
  • Then simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.

Note:

  • May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy and soy products.
  • Keep tightly closed and store in a dry place.
