Trikatu is a blend composed of black pepper - Piper nigrum - long pepper - Piper longum - and ginger - Zingiber officinale. It is gently ground to fine powder and mixed using traditional methods and originates from fair trade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.

Recommended use:
