Description
Tulsi - Ocimum sanctum, syn. Ocimum tenuiflorum - is an annual plant known as Holy Basil. The plant grows up to 1 m tall, with many finely hairy branches and 6-8 cm long spikes of white to reddish flowers. The leaves, seeds and roots are used in the Ayurvedic diet.
Recommended use:
- Take one level measuring scoop divided into 2 portions with warm water after meals. The daily dose of 2.00 g herbal powder contains 59.60 mg polyphenols
