Description
Rasna - Alpinia galanga - also known as the greater galangal, can grow up to 1.5 m high. The root of the iris-like plant carrying orchid-like, white and red flowers is used in Ayurvedic diets. The fine and gently milled (below 40 °C) powder, derived from the dried root, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fairtrade and organic projects.
Recommended Dosage:
- Take 1/2 a dosing cup 2 times a day with warm water between meals.
- The recommended daily dosage corresponds to 2.5 - 3 g of herbal powder.
