The rubbing alcohol (in liquid form) is suitable for external application to large areas of the body. Its cooling effect is particularly appreciated on tired and stressed muscles. Perfect for use after sports, a session at the gym or other strenuous physical exertion. It is also suitable for foot care, for adding to compresses for the head, chest and joints and for insect bites.
