Recommended intake:
Drink the contents of 1 bottle daily.

Application:

  1. Turn the cap firmly to the right as far as it will go. This opens the nutrient chamber.
  2. Shake the bottle well until the nutrient powder has fully dissolved.
  3. Turn the cap to the left to open and drink the liquid.
