Description
Shilajit, also known as mumijo, is a natural resinous substance found at high altitudes such as in the Himalayas and other high mountain ranges. It contains many minerals, trace elements and amino acids. The minerals and bioactive ingredients are retained in their entirety thanks to a pure water extraction process. Shilajit has been used in Ayurveda for millennia as a rasayana.
ShilaRock Essence capsules by ZeinPharma is formulated with shilajit sourced from the mountains of India. One capsule contains 500 mg of highly pure shilajit, including 250 mg fulvic acid and 60 mg humic acid.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule daily whole with plenty of water with a meal. Do not chew. If desired, the capsule can also be opened. But the contents have a salty, bitter taste and medium solubility in water.
