Doppelherz aktiv Diarrhoea Relief is a convenient oral suspension in single-use sachets, formulated to support digestive balance and soothe loose stools as well as accompanying gastrointestinal discomfort. It promotes normal bowel function and is suitable for direct consumption without water, making it appropriate for adults and children aged 6 and over.

Recommended Intake:

• Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take 1 sachet 2–3 times daily.
• Adults: Take 1 sachet 3 times daily.

Important Guidance & Precautions:

• Shake well before use.
• The product can be consumed directly or stirred into a glass of water, juice, or yoghurt. Once opened, the contents of the sachet must be consumed immediately in a single use; do not store leftover suspension for later. It is recommended to take this product between meals. To help prevent dehydration during periods of loose stools, consider taking an oral rehydration solution early on.
• No side effects associated with long-term use are known; however, excessive intake may lead to constipation. If you experience any unexpected side effects, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
• If symptoms persist or if loose stools last longer than 3 days, please consult a healthcare professional.
• Do not take this product while lying down.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging and sachet, or if the packaging is damaged.
• Each sachet is intended for single use only and should be opened immediately before consumption. Do not reuse partially used sachets to avoid reduced effectiveness or contamination.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose. If side effects such as constipation, abdominal discomfort, or bloating occur, stop use and seek medical advice.
• Do not use in cases of gastric or intestinal lesions, chronic constipation, severe bowel irritation, or intestinal obstruction.
• This product contains diosmectite (a source of aluminium). If you are taking other products or medications containing diosmectite, clay, or aluminium compounds, consult a doctor before use.
• Do not take simultaneously with other oral medications, as the absorbent properties of diosmectite may reduce their effectiveness. Consult a doctor before use if you are on ongoing medication.
• Do not give to children under 6 years of age.
• Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to any of the ingredients, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
