Doppelherz B12 Vita-Energie Intense combines high-dose vitamin B12 with three other B vitamins and the protein building blocks, L-glutamine and L-serine - ideal for a balanced micronutrient supply for daily life. With a pleasant, fruity raspberry flavour, the practical drink bottles are easy and pleasant to use.

Vitamin B12 cannot be produced by the body and is found almost exclusively in foods of animal origin. Vitamin B12 supplementation is therefore particularly beneficial for those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. Each ampoule contains 500 µg of vitamin B12 in bioavailable form.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports normal immune system functions and normal energy metabolism. The formula is rounded out with vitamin B6 and niacin (vitamin B3), which also contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal nervous system function.

Recommended dose:
Drink the contents of 1 bottle per day.

Instructions for use:

Step 1: Twist
Screw the cap tightly to the right (in the direction of the arrow) as far as it will go: the nutrient chamber opens and the contents fall into the bottle.

Step 2: Shake
Shake the bottle well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Step 3: Twist open
Unscrew the cap to the left (in the direction of the arrow) and drink the liquid.
