Description
Black garlic is produced by fermenting fresh garlic (Allium sativum) for several weeks. This process breaks down the elements responsible for its characteristic odour and taste. In addition to turning the garlic cloves black, this process also increases the content of active ingredients and stabilises unstable compounds such as S-allylcysteine.
2 capsules are the equivalent of 600 mg of black garlic and contain 600 µg of S-allylcysteine, the active ingredient in black garlic.
