Description
Valerian Tincture by FutuNatura is a food supplement that contains extracts from the Valeriana officinalis plant (valerian) in liquid form. Valerian is a perennial plant with white or pink-coloured flowers that grows mainly in moist soils. The root is most commonly used. The glycerine-based formulation is alcohol-free.
This supplement also contains vitamin B12, which the body cannot produce itself. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal function of the immune system.
Valerian Tincture is part of the FutuNatura Drops range and comes in a practical dropper bottle, allowing for easy and precise dosing.
Recommended dosage:
2.8 ml. Take 1.4 ml (about 35 drops or a third of a teaspoon) twice a day with plenty of water.
