Description
The turmeric root grows in the tropical forests of Southeast Asia, south of China and in Indonesia. It is a close relative of the ginger family. Just like ginger, turmeric is also known for its bitter, spicy taste.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsules per day with sufficient fluid.
- Do not take if you have a gall bladder infection!
Note:
- Not suitable for pregnant or nursing women. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a doctor before using.
