The box contains 38 single-serve sticks from the Classic, Black Iced Tea and Green Iced Tea ranges, plus four Energy sticks. All varieties are vegan, and the amount of water can be adjusted to suit your preferred sweetness and flavour intensity. The powders can also be used to add flavour to yoghurt, quark and desserts or to make homemade ice lollies.

Directions:
Mix the contents of one stick with 0.25–0.5 litres of water.
