Description
The abbreviation P-5-P stands for the term pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Behind it lies the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6, which has a decisive advantage. The usual form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) must always be converted to P-5-P in order to be effective.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 tablet daily about 1 hour before a meal.
