Life Light La Pacho Yerba Tee

Mineral-rich tea made from the inner bark of the South American La Pacho tree. Used by South Americans for centuries.

Recommended use:

• drink 2 - 3 cups a day between meals. Drink up to 1 litre a day.

Preparation:

• Boil 1 heaping tablespoon of bark in about 1/2 litre of boiling water for 5 minutes, then steep 15 minutes.
• To prepare cold, steep 12 - 24 hours. This also gives the tea a sweeter taste.

External use: La Pacho Bath:

• Steep 1 heaping tablespoon of bark for 5 minutes in 1 litre of boiling water, filter and add to the bath water.
• Soak for 20 minutes and not wash off or dry off during this time.
