Barleygrass is made from the juvenile shoots of the barley plant. When cut it is brimming with minerals including calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc, as well as being rich in vitamin E and protein.

A single serving of Barleygrass has more than a third of your recommended intake of iron. Enjoy Barleygrass in a smoothie or added to juice and enjoy as a part of a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

Recommended use:

Use 10-15 grams per 200 ml serving, but you're welcome to use more or less if you wish. Add to fruit juice, smoothies, soups, dips, salad dressing, stir-fries, pasta sauces etc.
