Makes the best hot chocolate ever!
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Take One mug of milk, dairy or otherwise.
Pour a little milk into a thick bottomed small non stick pan.
Add 3 teaspoons of Natura Cocoa powder to the milk in the sauce pan.
Patiently and gently mix together the cocoa powder and milk in the saucepan until it forms a smooth thick paste.
Add the rest of the mug of milk by degrees, stirring each time you add milk until the paste is incorporated. Do this each time the milk is added.
Place saucepan on a medium heat, stirring constantly until the hot chocolate starts to simmer.
Turn heat to low and still stirring constantly, allow the hot chocolate to come to a gentle boil.
Keep stirring whilst allowing the hot chocolate to gently boil for 90 seconds.
Pour immediately into the serving mug and then immediately fill the saucepan with cold water to prevent any milk droplets remaining in the saucepan from burning on the hot pan.
Add a tiny pinch of salt to the mug of hot chocolate and stir well.
Then add any ( or no) sweetener to taste.
Stir in a big dollop of Extra Thick Double Jersey Cream (optional).
Enjoy
