Description
The yacon plant is widespread in South America and has a slightly sweet tuber that is traditionally used as fruit. With a high fibre content and less sugar, yacon is a great alternative to add a natural sweet taste to various dishes. The yacon syrup by nu3 contains fewer calories than sugar and has a low glycaemic index. It is made from 100% organic yacon root grown in Peru and is perfect for a conscious diet.
