Description
Cat's claw or una de Gato (Uncaria tomentosa) is a plant that grows in the wild highlands of the Peruvian Amazon.
The native Indians Ashanica have used the inner bark of cat's claw already thousands of years ago to support the immunity and digestion. Current research in Europe and China showed that the alkaloid compounds in the cat's claw has antioxidant properties. A healthy immune system and a physiological stomach intestine function benefit from this connection. Only the inner bark of the plant is used for the manufacture of this product.
