This palm oil is obtained in Ghana under fair trade conditions. It is made through a simple production process that requires a lot of manual labour. It contains vitamins A and E and is particularly great in Asian and African dishes. The oil is heat-resistant and can be used for searing, stewing or deep-frying. Also ideal for hearty spreads.
