Description
This product contains a combination of four bacterial strains: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei and Lactococcus lactis. Each capsule contains these microorganisms in a defined concentration to supplement your daily diet.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule daily; up to 3 capsules daily if required.
Dissolve the contents of the capsule(s) in half a glass of lukewarm water, stir and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before going to bed.
