Recommended use :

  • 1 litre of the electrolyte drink can be drunk every day.

Preparation:

  • For one serving, mix 20 ml of concentrate with 480 ml of cold water (5 pumps)
  • Mixing ratio 1:24

Recommended use:

  • Use after more than 60 minutes of activity
  • Drink 200 - 300 ml an hour before exercise
  • During exercise, drink 150-200 ml every 15 minutes
