Description
B vitamins belong to the group of water-soluble vitamins, are poorly stored in the organism and should therefore be taken regularly as a supplement.
- For vegetarians and vegans, a sufficient supply of vitamin B12 is particularly difficult: the vitamin can only be taken in through the diet, but is only found in animal products.
