- Whey protein provides the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 amino acids the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet:
- Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine
- An “Amino Acid Matrix” provides extra amino acids, namely Taurine and L-Glutamine.
- Aspartame-free formula!
Recommended use:
- Mix 1 serving (30g) into 250 ml of liquid.
- Drink after training.
