SOJALL Organic Vegi Mix, 250 g

The Organic Vegi Mix by SOJALL is an organic food source in premium quality, that contains brown rice, corn, buckwheat, millet, peas, lentils, flaxseed, alfalfa and red clover.

• The ingredients are germinated according to the natural SOJALL Keimo FOOD® process.
• Thanks to this gentle processing of enzymes (no heating), the value of the ingredients is protected and at the same time, the durability can be stabilized.
• It is also favourable in low dosages.

Recommended Use:

• Add 1-3 tsp to goat yogurt, cereals, soups, fruit and vegetable juice, water and SOJALL Trinko (a fruity organic fermented drink with aronia, pomegranate, elderberry and grape juice and artichoke).
• Can easily be combined with all SOJALL organic food.

TIP: Add the Vegi Mix to pastries, bread, pancakes, pizza dough, etc. Swap for 5-10% of the flour the recipe calls for.
