Directions for use:
Take 3 portions of 25 g (2 scoops) mixed into 250 ml of water daily. On training days, take three servings throughout the first 30 minutes of exercise. On non-training days distribute in the morning upon rising and additionally throughout the day between meals.

* A daily serving is 75 g powder (consisting of three portions of 25 g).
