Stöber Mühle GmbH Light Coloured Spelt Flour

This flour consists of natural spelt that's been gently, laboriously processed into flour. Spelt flour is an excellent alternative to conventional wheat flour and is often easier to digest, even if you are gluten intolerant. It's ideal for a balanced diet.

Tip: Due to the greater swelling capacity of the spelt flour, a little more liquid is required to adapt your recipe. This also means the flour needs more time to rise.
